2002 SLASH participation at the Canine Olympics's

The Olympics is an annual event sponsored by the Spirit of St. Louis Samoyed Club and Samoyed Rescue. At the event, you and your dog (of any breed or mix) could try almost any activity for a small fee. The activities available were: Obedience Show and Go, CGC Test, Agility, Conformation, Costumes, Manners, Flyball, Frisbee, Games, Hiking/Backpacking, Lure Coursing, Search and Rescue, Sledding and Carting, Tricks, Weight Pull, Jr. Handler and a Rescue Celebration. The Olympics helped to fund the Safety Sam dog-bite prevention program, educational programs for dog owners, and medical and foster care for Samoyed rescues.
